Your documents stay within your request.

The requester can access the files and reasons submitted to their dossier. Anyone holding its active deposit link can view its checklist and submission history and submit replacements. Share links only with the intended recipient.

FileGather stores account identifiers, request details, uploaded files, version history, review decisions and access-key hashes. Files are private and retained while the dossier is retained, including archived dossiers. Public information pages use the workspace analytics SDK; account, sign-in and deposit pages exclude it. This version does not offer automatic expiry or permanent deletion from the interface. Do not treat archiving as erasure.
